//  BACKGROUND & BRIEF  //

Peabody Sales is the sister company to Peabody who are one of the largest housing associations in London. Peabody Sales however specialises in residential property development in the London area. Peabody Sales needed a new identity to accompany this new side of their business but didn't want to distance themselves from such an established and recognisable identity in Peabody.

//  THE SOLUTION  //

The result was to maintain partial use of the Peabody kaleidoscope highlighting just one segment of it indicating that this was just one arm of many. The existing colours were maintained and the Peabody sunshine yellow from their secondary palette became the primary colour for Peabody Sales.

The responsive website design led with full bleed visuals of striking developments to showcase their individuality in comparison to ordinary new builds and developments. The development page was broken down using a quadrant to divide the location details, hero image, development information and contact details.

//  THE RESULTS  //

We never ended up pitching for the work in the end as around the same time we won the Barratt Homes pitch which meant we couldn't work with another developer. We did however pass the designs onto Peabody who liked them so much they used them as a design start point (colour schemes, basic layout and styling) for their new website anyway!
