As one of BT Vision's (now BT TV) retained agencies, work on the BT account varied from regular BAU monthly magazines through to bespoke ad hoc direct mail pieces produced for the retention team to showcase BT Vision's offering – new shows, channels, box office films – as well as reassuring customers they are getting value for money with an aim to reduce churn.
This piece was a listings magazine for BT Vision – the television platform from BT that allows viewers to watch live, catch up and on demand content for a monthly subscription. As well as listings it included special features, highlights, offers and promotions.
Zoe regularly goes beyond her role as Senior Designer to help coordinate project management and have full creative overview of the task at hand.
