//  BACKGROUND & BRIEF  //

Soho 13 is Barratt London’s most expensive and exclusive development with an average asking price of £2,151 ppsf. A boutique development comprising of 13 private apartments. As this development was a joint venture between Barratt London and United House it had to sit separate from the main Barratt London site.

We were briefed to produce a fully responsive site that should appeal to both domestic and international markets. The site needed to house the same level of content that the developments on the Barratt London site held and have a clear CTA for lead registration.

//  THE SOLUTION  //

Due to tight timings we decided to use the UX from the Barratt London site, we built it on a simpler platform (Word Press) and only created a limited number of page templates.

//  THE RESULTS  //

Complete within 6 weeks

from briefing to launch. With very little marketing activity it attracted 17 qualified leads in the first 17 days.

Quote

Just a quick note of thanks regarding Soho 13, the level of care and attention to detail is apparent and really supports such a unique product. Once again Zoe you’ve knocked it out of the park.
