Responsive flexible email templates
To make life easier for the Marketing Managers at Barratt we were tasked with building a flexible email template (for three of the four brands) to help them easily populate and edit branded emails without the need for agency input from a design or tech perspective ultimately creating both time and financial efficiencies.
Our flexible email template enhanced brand consistency by creating a sense of uniformity across all emails where previously they were populated by different sources and didn't always align. We also aimed to improve user experience on mobile devices by creating the templates responsively. Incorporation of customer data also allows for personalisation. Finally, we ensured we followed email best practice principles from a design perspective.
